"Mom, hurry up and feed me...or I'll judo-chop you!"Claire stayed home with me today...since I had time off from work and I feel like I'm missing her "babyhood" by taking her to daycare! We did a lot of talking and rolling around on the floor. Well, Claire didn't actually roll...she's getting about halfway there all the time and then giving up! She also spent some quality time in the highchair watching mommy do dishes and such in the kitchen.
I think she's going through a growth spurt. She isn't really interested in eating much and she sleeps a lot. Today, for example, she wouldn't eat cereal and she only had a few bites of baby food all day long. But, while she's awake, she's happy and talkative, so I'm not worried!
We've learned so much in the four short months of Claire's life! There's nothing in the world like holding a sleeping baby...or listening to them breathe while they're sleeping! Her smile and giggle are enough to make all of the horrible things in the world just disappear
Watching mommy do the dishes...
...is really hard work!
