Between work and school...we're a busy family! We are over-scheduled and over-booked at every corner! My biggest fear is that we'll be so busy like this until the holidays are over! AHHH!
One way or the other, we're finally finding our groove with the kiddo. I think we're doing a pretty good job! She's happy, clean, and all together well taken care of. When I woke her up this morning, she had a big goofy smile on her face and couldn't wait to "talk" to me! We've been making sure she goes to daycare every weekday, even if I don't work, for at least a few hours. I really feel like this gives her the routine that Adam and I may not be able to give her because of my job situation (night shift and three nights per week...) It's also good for me to get some housework and homework done while she's there. She's always happy when I pick her up and seems to really like the staff. I've always thought that a good daycare was worth it's weight in gold...and it really is!!! I feel so much better knowing that when I do go to dayshift, that there's a healthy, safe, and well-staffed environment for Claire to spend her day.
Her three month pictures come in on Friday! YAY!!! So, for those of you anxiously awaiting prints...they're on the way!
