Well, we decided to get a highchair since Claire will start with cereal in a week or so! After shopping around and finding a 20% off coupon, Burlington Coat Factory/Baby Depot won...and we bough the Chicco Polly highchair there yesterday! Claire was immediately in love! She smiled and talked...she was so sweet! As cute as it is, she gets totally lost in the chair! The straps tighten, but not quite enough, so I've been padding her in with a blanket!
I looked at a daycare this morning, and I think I've found a winner. It is really clean and well organized. The gal that owns it bought it from the previous owner and is relatively young. She said the daycare/preschool has been established for over 15 years. I don't like the cost, but that would have been the case anywhere! Anyhow, the staff seems great, the place is clean and in a decent neighborhood...and she's starting an educational curriculum with the infants (she already does the curriculum with the toddlers and preschool students!)I go back to work tonight for the first time in almost 12 weeks tonight. I'm really nervous about going back...will it all just come back to me? Adam seems to think it will be like riding a bike...I hope so. I'm excited to go back, and I have missed it just a little bit. I'm going to miss Claire...a lot...
