The Recovery Ward

Our little house has turned into a recovery ward. Claire was sickly last night...leading me to call in to work. No sooner than I got off the phone, Josh was violently sick with the flu and then Adam started in this morning. I'm happy to report that all are feeling better at this time of the day...after a LONG night and day! I've bleached everything that doesn't run away in the restrooms and intend to totally turn the house upside down tomorrow!

Claire got her six month shots today and took them like a champ. She's asleep in bed with a few knots and bruises in her chubby little thighs! She falls perfectly in the 50th percentile...meaning she's "perfectly average" according to Dr. Reed. She weighs in at 15lbs 12 oz (ALMOST double her birth weight!) She was so curious today, taking his stethoscope and playing with it and watching him type.

(The photo is from Mona...taken at a wedding back in September...with my old haircut and a much tinier baby Claire!)
